Art Child has launched an Handi Art program that has been tested in the North of France
in the Centers of Berck-sur-Mer and Rang-du-Fliers. The success being there and the joy
for the Children, the adults, the personnel, etc. being great, this Handi Art program
is now being extended to all the Handicaped Children Centers in France and then in the World with the Art Child Handi Art Contest. The official launch was made on March 20th, 2006 in Berck sur Mer. |
